InnovAge
InnovAge Home Care is a service that aids frail seniors in their home to live with dignity and independence. Their PACE program has helped seniors age in place for 20 years. For seniors who want to be independent as long as they can, the company offers in-home support. The services can be customized to suit the needs of each individual client.

InnovAge provides home-based help in Colorado (Pennsylvania, New Mexico, Virginia) and other states. The program has had some problems in recent months, however. The company is under investigation by both the state and federal governments.
InnovAge caregivers
InnovAge caregivers live at home and can help you with anything, including medical care or social interaction. They will work closely together with you to design a personalized care plan. The staff can help coordinate specialty care and medications, as needed.
InnovAge (Program for Adult Care Excellence), is the leading provider of PACE. However, only 3 percent of eligible senior citizens are using PACE. Their award-winning campaign features personal stories from participants and incorporates the theme tune of "Cheers", a 1980s hit TV program.
InnovAge programme
InnovAge is an in-home program that supports older adults to stay independent. One former employee said that the program can be difficult. InnovAge worked with her from 2010 through 2018. She claimed that she was often asked if she could work more than eight hour days. She also said she was forced to work extra shifts because of the company's difficulty retaining staff. Due to this, she was often required to perform tasks normally done by nurses and medical assistants.
Clients have complained about the services of this company, claiming they did not get sufficient service. The Centers for Medicare (and Medicaid Services) shut down the program in September 2021. As a result, it was no longer able to accept new Medicare patients. It also revealed that it had paid more than $13 million to Colorado's Medicaid system and that the state attorneygeneral asked for details about billing.
